Most of these accidents involved the less technologically advanced countries, however, this does not remove the requirement to have in-country technical aids and organizational measures, both to prevent the occurrence of accidents of this nature in the national territory, is to address the fraud risks or accidental introduction of sources, such as trading in scrap metal.
